In Home Community Supports
Living Without Limitations LLC will provide service that is primarily emotional support and companionship for individuals who want to remain independent at home. This service is intended to assist an individual who is age 18 or older to participate more meaningfully in home and community life. It is provided to individuals living in private homes for the purposes of providing supervision or assistance that is designed to ensure the individual’s health, safety, and welfare or to perform activities of daily living for the individual.

Living Without Limitations LLC will deliver these services in the Individual’s home and/or community. This will consist of services designed to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. Services consist of support in the general areas of self-care or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), communication, fine and gross motor skills, mobility, personal adjustment, relationship development, socialization, and use of community resources.

Living Without Limitations LLC will provide these services to improve socialization and other non-medical support to individuals in their home. The focus is on assistance with housekeeping, preparation of meals, shopping, and errands. Homemaker services enable the participant or the family member(s) or friend(s) with whom the participant resides to maintain their primary private home. Homemaker Services include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other general household care including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping dusting, and mopping.

Respite Care offers family caregivers temporary relief from the burdens of caring for elderly or ill loved ones by ensuring the loved one is receiving the highest quality of professional care for a set amount of time.
Respite Care is an important part of home care for families and can be offered in the home on a short-term or long-term basis.
