Everything we do at Living Without Limitations LLC is driven by our universal mission to improve the quality of life for young and aging adults and to support their families in caring for loved ones. Founded in 2017, it is our agency’s goal to support persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities to achieve greater independence, choice, and opportunity in their lives.
Living Without Limitations LLC operates based on ODP’s principle of Everyday Lives: Values in Action. We promote the belief that, with the support of family and friends, people with disabilities can and should decide how to live their lives. Living Without Limitations LLC’s goal is to ensure the individual is an active member of the community, having a valued role, contributing to society, and having his/her rights as a citizen fully respected.
We will achieve all of this through the collaboration of Family, Support Coordination Offices, IDS, ODP and all servicing entities involved.

Our founder Sallie Thorpe-Jones MS, CCCM is no stranger to helping others, which she naturally inherited from her mother. In fact, she comes from a family of caregivers who understand the importance of serving. Sallie regularly witnesses the excellent care that her family provides to her grandmother who suffers from dementia. In recent years, Sallie has become a caregiver. She understands the importance of being an advocate when necessary but also allowing individuals to play an active role in their own care. Sallie chose to service individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities because this is a population that is close to her heart. She has loved ones with intellectual disabilities. Sallie has seen some of the struggles that come along with having an intellectual disability, and she would like to aid these individuals in living their best possible lives. Through her commitment and dedication to serving, Sallie has become intentional in her journey to create an organization that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Sallie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University and a Master of Science degree from St. Joseph’s University. She is also a Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), a Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) and a Certified Investigator. Other coursework completed includes:
· Dual Diagnosis Curriculum
